Naruto is an ongoing Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto. The plot tells the story of Naruto Uzumaki, an adolescent ninja who constantly searches for recognition and aspires to become a Hokage, the ninja in his village that is acknowledged as the leader and the strongest of all. The series is based on a one-shot comic by Kishimoto that was published in the August 1997 issue of Akamaru Jump.

The manga was first published by Shueisha in 1999 in the 43rd issue of Japan's Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine. Currently, the manga is still being serialized with fifty-one tankōbon volumes released so far. The manga was later adapted into an anime, which was produced by Studio Pierrot and Aniplex. It premiered across Japan on the terrestrial TV Tokyo network and the anime satellite television network Animax on October 3, 2002. The first series lasted 220 episodes, while Naruto: Shippuden, a sequel to the original series, has been airing since February 15, 2007. In addition to the anime series, Studio Pierrot has developed six movies for the series and several original video animations. Other types of merchandise include light novels, video games and trading cards developed by several companies.

สคร. ชงแผนพลิกฟื้นกิจการ รฟท. และ กคช. เสนอคณะกรรมการกำกับนโยบายด้านรัฐวิสาหกิจ (กนร.) ในวันที่ 9 มีนาคม 2552 โดยมี นายกอร์ปศักดิ์ สภาวสุ รองนายกฯ ฝ่ายเศรษฐกิจ เป็นประธาน

นายอารีพงศ์ ภู่ชอุ่ม ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานคณะกรรมการนโยบายรัฐวิสาหกิจ (สคร.) เปิดเผยว่า ในวันที่ 9 มีนาคม 2552 สคร. ได้เชิญรัฐวิสาหกิจ 2 แห่ง ที่ประสบปัญหาภาวะขาดทุน ร่วมประชุมเพื่อรับนโยบาย โดยมี นายกอร์ปศักดิ์ สภาวสุ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีฝ่ายเศรษฐกิจ เป็นประธาน ซึ่งหัวข้อในการประชุมในครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย การรายงานภาพรวม การดำเนินงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ แนวนโยบายผู้ถือหุ้นภาครัฐ (Statement of Direction : SOD) ที่มีต่อรัฐวิสาหกิจ ความคืบหน้าการปรับโครงสร้างการบริหารจัดการเพื่อฟื้นฟูฐานะทางการเงิน ของ บริษัท กสท โทรคมนาคม จำกัด (มหาชน) บริษัท ทีโอที จำกัด (มหาชน) และการพิจารณาการปรับโครงสร้างการบริหารจัดการเพื่อฟื้นฟูฐานะทางการเงินของ การรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย (รฟท.) และ
การเคหะแห่งชาติ (กคช.)

ผอ.สคร. กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า หลังจากรัฐวิสาหกิจทั้ง 2 แห่งได้รับมอบนโยบายจาก รองนายกฯ ผู้บริหารแต่ละแห่งจะได้แนวนโยบายที่ชัดเจน สามารถวางแผนและกำหนดรูปแบบการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด โดย สคร. จะประสานกับรัฐวิสาหกิจเพื่อติดตาม วิเคราะห์ และร่วมแก้ไขปัญหา ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของรัฐบาล

สำหรับการประชุมคณะกรรมการกำกับนโยบายด้านรัฐวิสาหกิจ จะมีขึ้นในวันที่ 9 มีนาคม 2552 ที่ห้องประชุม 401 ชั้น 4 สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการคลัง เวลา 10.30 น.

พรรคถูกก่อตั้งขึ้นภายหลังการปฏิวัติล้มล้างราชวงศ์ชิง (การปฏิวัติชิงไฮ* 辛亥革命) ในประเทศจีน. พรรคก๊กมินตั๋งรบกับพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์จีนเพื่อชิงอำนาจปกครองประเทศ ก่อนจะพ่ายแพ้และถอยหนีไปไต้หวันในปี พ.ศ. 2492 และตั้งรัฐบาลพลัดถิ่นขึ้นที่นั่น. พรรคก๊กมินตั๋งบริหารประเทศโดยเป็นรัฐบาลพรรคเดียวจนกระทั่งเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปรงระหว่างปลายทศวรรษปี ค.ศ. 1970 ถึง ค.ศ. 1990 ก็ค่อยๆเสื่อมอำนาจลง. ในสมัยแรกๆที่พรรคก๊กมินตั๋งเข้าปกครอง ไต้หวันและชื่อก๊กมินตั๋งถูกเรียกราวกับมีความหมายเหมือนกันหมายถึงจีนชาตินิยม

ณ ปัจจุบัน (พ.ศ. 2549) นี้, พรรคก๊กมินตั๋งเป็นพรรคฝ่ายค้านที่มีที่นั่งในสภามากที่สุด. ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นยังเป็นพรรคการเมืองที่ร่ำรวยที่สุดในโลก ด้วยทรัพย์สินประเมินอยู่ราว 2,600-10,000 ล้านเหรียญสหรัฐ ซึ่งทรัพย์สินของพรรคค่อยๆถูกขายออกตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 2000
